At VPIMSR we always believe in equipping our students with the right talent and personality to face the industry requirements. The Training and Placement Cell handles placements of all graduating and post graduating students from VPIMSR.

We provide a window of opportunities to the students over a wide variety of Careers. The Training and Placement Cell imparts training to the students to develop their overall personality and equip them for facing the Campus Interviews in this new competitive era. The aim is to create maximum opportunities for the placement of the eligible students in the job market.

We provide complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process.

We also conduct special sessions for aptitude development of students and organizes seminars for students to enlighten them about placement activities, general requirements of the companies.

The Training & Placement Cell functions with the primary aim of placing students in top companies after successful completion of their courses.

To provide maximum number of job opportunities to the students.
To make the students industry ready from various disciplines, and to provide an opportunity to the students to get placed in reputed multinationals, government jobs, and private sectors.
To develop students aptitude and soft skills in order to meet the corporate recruitment process.
To motivate students to develop their overall personality in terms of career planning, goal setting and reskilling which will stand them in good position even after getting the job.
To motivate students aspire for higher studies and guide them to appear for competitive exams.
To place maximum number of students through campus interviews conducted by the top companies.
